Terry Town Clerk THIS AGREEMENT, made and entered into the 21st day of March, 1978, between the TOWN OF SOUTHOLD, a municipal corporation of the State of New York, having its principal office at 53095 Main Street, Southold, Suffolk County, New York, hereinafter called the Town, party of the first part, and J. J. HART, INC. , a domestic corporation of the State of New York, having its principal office and place of business at Route 58 (no number), Riverhead, Suffolk County, New York, herein- after called the Bidder, party of the second part, WITNESSETH, that the parties to these presents, each in consideration of the agreement on the part of the other herein contained, have agreed and hereby agree the party of the first part, for itself, its successors and assigns, and the party of the second part, for itself, its successors and assigns, as follows: 1. The Town agrees to pay and the Bidder agrees to accept for the purchase of such vehicle the sum of FOUR THOUSAND ONE HUNDRED SEVENTY-FOUR and 65/100 ($4, 174. 65) DOLLARS. Said sum to be due and payable upon the delivery of said vehicle to the Town. 3. The Bidder agrees to deliver said vehicle to the Town within 60 days from the date hereof. 4. The Bidder does hereby guaranty said vehicle against defective work- manship and materials for a period of one year from the date of delivery of said vehicle.
