Do not use Ball Room until cleared by Building
Dept. (Exit and Lights)
Do not use Snack Bar until cleared by Building
Dept. (Exits)
Light outside exit from staff dining ruom. ~ ~
Bar-B-Que behind staff dining room must be ~
removed.
4 Propane Gas Tanks must be moved tu an outside ~
wall.
8. Water heater needs attention ~

9. Area around building must be cleared and cleaned ~ ~
10. Get a metal garbage dumpster ~ 7 h::e
11. Free all windows in sleeping areas so they can
be used as an exit
All of the above must be done by June 24, 1985
