Thank you for the submittal of the amended site plan application.
Per Town Code section 100-254 (A) the Planning Board (P.B.) reviewed the site plan
application and mater/als received on October 1, 2003. The P.B. held a work session on
October 27, 2003 to review the amended site plan application as a pre-submission
conference. The P.B. agreed no amended site plan is needed as proposed on this
application and reject the application.
We are returning the application, payment and materials for your records.
The decision rendered by the P.B. for this application does not condone any other
changes or deviations from the original site plan approval on December 4, 2002 for
Peconic Landing. Please refer to Town Code section 100-250 applicability, if other
changes of approved site plans are proposed.
