the party of the second part, does hei'eby grant and release unto the party of the second part, the heirs or successom and
assigns of the party of the second part forever,
ALL that certain plot, piece or parcel of land, with the buildings and improvements thereon erected, situate, lying and
being in the Town of Southold, County of Suffolk and State of New York,
bounded and described as follows:
BEGINNING at a point at the intersection of the comer formed by the intersection of the
Cottage Place and the northerly side of Kom Road;
RUNNING THENCE from said point of beginning North 14 degrees 48 minutes 00
seconds West 78 feet along the easterly side of Cottage Place to the southerly line of land
now or fom~erly of Walters;
RUNNING THENCE along the southerly line of land now or formerly of Walters North
73 degrees 10 minutes 00 seconds East 168.75 feet to the westerly side of land now or
formerly of Corbett;
RUNNING THENCE along the westerly line of land now or formerly of Corbett South
17 degrees 10 minutes 00 seconds East 78 feet tothe northerly side of Kom Road;
RUNNING THENCE along the northerly side of Kom Road South 73 degrees II
minutes 00 seconds West 171.96 feet to the point or place of BEGINNING.
BEING the same premises described in the deed to the parties of the first part herein by
deed to the grantor in LIBER 11718 PAGE 712.
The grantors herein being the same person(s) as the named grantees in a certain deed in
LIBER 11718 PAGE 712 in the Office of the Clerk in the County of Suffolk.
TOGETHER with all right, title and interest, if any, of the party of the first part, in and to any streets and roads
abutting the above-described premises to the center lines thereof; TOGETHER with the appurtenances and all the
estate and rights of the party of thc first part in and to said premises; TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the premises heroin
granted unto the party of the second part, the heirs or successors and assigns of the party of the second part forever.

any other purpose.
The word "party" shall be construed as if it read "parties" whenever the sense of this indenture so requires.
