BEING the same premises conveyed to Roy D. Grimmer by Mary E. Hamilton
and others by deed dated October 7, 1946, recorded in Suffolk County
Clerkre office on December 30, 1946 in Liber 2663 of deeds at page
427.
!BEING the same premises of which Roy D. Grimmer died seized and
possessed on February 6, 1954 leaving a Last Will and Testament
which orae admitted to probate and Lettere Testamentary issued to
James N. Gehrig and Long Island Trust Company, formerly Garden City
Bank and Trust Company by the Nassau County Surrogate on February
15, 1954, which said letteretestamentary are still in full force
land effect.

I ALL that part of Nassau Point (formerly Little Hog Nook) situate,
lying and being in the Town of Southold, County of Suffolk, State
of New York, bounded and described as follows: BEGINNING at a point
on the high,water line of lot 112 as shown on a certain map entitled
°Amended Map A of Nassau Point owned by Nassau Point Club Properitles,
Ino., dated June 28, 1922 and filed in the Suffolk County Clerk's
office August 16,. 1922) in file No. 156 at the southeasterly corner
Of. lot No. 100 as shown on said map and running through said lagoon
two courses as follows: (1) North 250 301 east eighty—five (85) feet;
thence (2) 250 301 East 90 feet to the high water mark at the division
line between lot nos. 99 and 101; thence westerly along said high
atermark and along Lot, No, 99 to the point of beginning.
BEING the same promisee conveyed to Roy D. Grimmer and Annie P. Grimmer,

in Suffolk County Clerk's office on May 4, 1948 in Liber'2822 of e

James N. Gehrig and Long Island Trust Company by the Nassau County
Surrogate on October 29, 1959, which said Lettere Testamentary are
still in full force and effect.
