August 16, 1922, file No. 156. And the parties of the second part, for themselves, their heirs and assigns, do hereby covenant to and with the party of the first part, her heirs and assigns, that the parties of the second part, their heirs and assigns, will not at any time erect any house on said j premises costing less than $3000.00 each, except the ordinary out houses, and that not more than two such dwellings shall be erected on said premises. The foregoin¢ covenants, restrictions or reservationsmay be altered or annulled at any time by agreement between Nassau Point Club Properties, Inc:, and the owner for the time being of the premises hereby conveyed, and such agreement shall be effectual to alter or annul said covenants, restrictions or reservations without the consent of the owner of any adjacent premises. Being and intended to be the same premises conveyed by Katharine Baylis Tuthill to Harold C. Schmidt (now deceased) and Dorothea Be Schmidt (now by remarriage Dorothea Be Chute) by deed dated November 14, 1955 and recorded in the Suffolk County Clerk's office on November 29, 1955 in Liber 4028 of Deeds at Page 107.
