survey of said premises made by Halsey
a^.d Van Tuyl, C.E. of Greenport, Hew York
dated June 4, 1919. Together will the
right, title and interest of the party of
the first part in and to the land under
water in Horseshoe Cove abutting said
premises
Subject to covenants and restrictions of
prior record
Being intended to be the same premises conveyed
by Passau Point Club Properties Inc., to Curtis H. ;:unci=_
and Louise Jennings iuncie, both deceased by deed dated
June, 1919, recorded in the Suffolk County Clerk's Office
on the 4th day of October, 1919 in Liber 981 up 548.

mark of Cutchogue Harbor also known as
Horseshoe at a point distant 1$.46 feet
j northerly along said high water mark from
a monument known and designated as Station n
511 on a certain survey of said Nassau
Point made by Halsey and Van Tuyl, C.E.'s
and Surveyors, Greenport, N.Y., pay, 1919
and which said point of beginning conveyed
formerly conveyed by Nassau Point Club
Properties , Inc. to Curtis E4. Muncie,
with high water mark of said Cutchogue
Harbor; Running thence northerly and along
high water mark of Cutchogue Harbor 100
feet; Thence North 79 degrees 58 minutes

northerly line of property of the party
of the deceased, Curtis H. Muncie, to the
line of Old Cove Road; Running thence
