side of Inlet Drive with the southerly side of Miriam Road;
THENCE south 29 degrees 58' 10" East along said westerly side of Inlet
Drive 60,57 feet to a point;
THENCE south 57 degrees 20' 10" West 149.14 feet to a paint;

THENCE north 52 degrees 00' East along said southerly side of Miriam
