BEGINNING at a concrete monument located at the northwest
corner of the property about to be described and running thence
easterly along the southern boundary of the land of George H. Nine
about 192 feet to a concrete monument; thence southerly along the
land of D. C. Sage Estate about 66 feet to a concrete monument;
the southwesterly along said land of D. C. Sage Estate about
31.2 feet to a concrete monument; thence westerly along the land
of' Nathaniel S. Tuthill about 184 feet to a concrete monument ;
thence northerly along Walnut Place about 75 feet to the point or
place of beginning.
TOGETHER with all the right , title and interest of the party
of the first part of, in and to the said Walnut Place as it adjoins
the above described premises to the center line thereof.
