Recommend all previously stated requirements. Recommend preservation
of Fort Corchaug area between Downs and Mud Creek. Also recommend
preserve property to the west of Dean Drive, 100 acres on west side
of Downs Creek be looked into to be preserved as open space. Possibly
for a Town Park.

Norris property if it goes on the market.

Steve stated that at the end of the last meeting Richard Wilton
suggested we recommend some mooring areas.
In Section 8: Recommend Cutchogue Harbor, more explicitly, you do have
some very valuable shell fish "c~ning all the way down from ths marina
area down along the coast. It is a narrow band about 150 yards wide,
so we recommend the mooring be put outside of the area, more in the
middle of the harbor. Recommend other areas: Town Harbor in Southold
Bay, also off Gull Pond, Orient, and possibly an area in Pipes Cove.
Next meeting April 11, 1989.
