I. Development
As the area around Hallock's Bay -is ecologically sensitive, it
is suggested that we require cluster development of all parcels
south of the Main Road, with construction near the road. Also
suggest TOR's be explored for possible conservation of these
parcels.
Require development restrictions already discussed: lot size,
setbacks, cesspool locations using ISO' setbacks or contained
systems, etc.

2. Fish & Wildlife
Hallocks Bay is unique resource. Most favor preservation in
as pristine a state as possible.

3. Recreation
We see no opportunities to expand or acquire locations for public
use.
Question was raised, again, as to who controls Bay Bottom. Does
Orient Yacht Club have a grant to the bottom it uses? Does the
Town have any control over Bay Or Sound Bottoms?

7. Water Quality
Ground Water: require self-contained septic systems in this area
and impose restrictions on use. Conservation is
first priority.
Run-off: mandate diversion from creeks and installation of
reed bed filtration
