Department of Transportation Federal A v;ation Administration 5/25/2007 3-36-0029-14-07 RECIPIENT: (Herein called Sponsor) AIRPORT: ELIZABETH FIELD AIRPORT, FISHERS ISLAND, NY OFFER THE FEDERAL AVIATION ADMINISTRATION, FOR AND ON BEHALF OF THE UNITED STATES, HEREBY OFFERS AND AGREES to pay, as the United States' share of 95 percent of the allowable costs incurred in accomplishing the project consisting of the following: Install Airfield Lighting for Runways 7-25 (1,792L.F.x75L.F.) and 12-30 (2,328L.F.x100L.F.) including the replacement offour exjsting PAPI's, four existing REIL's and a Lighted Windcane including all associated Cables, Conduits, Regulators and other related Electrical Equipment. See Attached Special Conditions as more particularly described in the Project Application dated 4/30/07 The maximum obligation of the United States payable under this Offer shall be $1,042,000 For the purpose of any future grant amendments which may increase the foregoing maximum obligation of the United States under provisions of Section 47108(b) of Title 49 U.S. C., the toll owing amounts are being specified for this purpose: $1,042,000 for airport development, for land, and for planning. This offer is made in accordance with and for the purpose of carrying out the provisions of Title 49, United States Code, herein called Title 49 U,S.C. Acceptance and execution of this offershall comprise a Grant Agreement, as provided by Title 49 U.S.C., constituting the contractual obligations and rights of the United States and the Sponsor.
