BEING AND INTENDED TO BE the same premises conveyed to Lorraine Swiatocha (now known as Lorraine Blasko) and Carl Blasko by a deed C:) made by James F. Reeve, Margaret W. Tooker and P. J. Ventures, said deed CD being dated the 26th day of June, 1978 and recorded in the office of the Clerk of m the County of Suffolk in Liber 8462 at page 481 on the 18th day of July, 1978. And the party of the first part covenants that the party of the first parthas not done or suffered anything whereby the said premises have been encumbered in any way whatever,except as aforesaid.
