8 on a certain map entitled, 'Map of Property of Ravatone Realty Corporation,
Laurel, L.I., N.Y., Dudley Park, made and surveyed by Daniel R. Young, P.E.,
and L.S., May, 1927", and filed in the Office of the Clerk of the County of Suffolk

particulary bounded and described as follows:
BEGININNG at a concrete monument set on the southeasterly side of Peconic
Bay Boulevard, which point is the northeasterly comer of land now or formerly of

monument and land now or formerly of George Lauinger and Kathryn Lauinger;
