TOGETHER with an Easement of ingress and egress over roadway, as shown on above mentioned Map oul to Vanston Road. TOGETIIER with the right to use the board~valk in common with others as it extends on to other property, now or lbrmerly of Clarke to the south to Wuanewcta Pond and along the dock and bulkheading along Wunneweta Pond to the dock and bulkheading of the premises conveyed herein; provided, however, that the grantee shall share 1/3 of the expense of the repair and maintenance of the portion of thc boardwalk on the other property now or formerly of Clarke.
