SCHEDULE "A" OESCRIPTION
ALL that certain plot, piece or parcel of land, situate, lying and being at
Southold, In the Town of SouthoM, County of Suffolk and State of New York,
bounded and described es follows:
BEGINNING et s point in the northerly side of Pine Neck Road where the center
line of a Right of Way'running North and South intersects said northerly side
of Pine Neck Road, said Right of Way running along the westerly line of land of
· Mudd and the easterly line of lend of Mountain;
RUNNING THENCE along said center line of said Right of Way, North 6 degrees
35 minutes 40 seconds West, a distance of 184.93 feet;
THENCE South 82 degrees 29 minutes 10 seconds West, a distance of 139.54

described property extending from the westerly line to the easterly line of said
