ALL that certain plot, piece or parcel of land, with the buildings and improvements thereon erected,
situate, lying and being in the Village of Orien~ Town of Southold, County of Suffolk and Slate of

BEGINNING at a point on the westerly side ora right of way where the same is intersected by the
southerly side of land now or formerly of Gaznriso; said point or place of beginning being also
