York, Otto W. Van Tuyl and Son, licensed Land Surveyors, Greenpart, New York" and filed in
the Office of the Clerk of th6 County of Suflblk on October 26, 1961, as Map No. 3444 and ABS
No. 3840.
TOGETHER with a right-of-way over all streets as shown on maps of Orient-By-The-Sea,
Sections one and Two, Map Nos. 2777 and 3~.a.'!. as filed in the Office of Ihe Suffolk County
Clerk.
BEING AND INTENDED 1'O BE the same premises conveyed to the party of the first part by
deed dated August 5, 2002, and recorded November 6, 2002. in the Office of the Suffolk County
Clerk in Liber 12218, Page 505.
TOGE'rHER with all right, title and interest, if any, ofthe party of the first pan in and to any
streets and roads abutting the above descrihed premises to the center lines thereof; TOGETHER
with the appurtenances and all the estate and rights of the party of the first pan in and to said
premises; TO IIAVE AND TO HOLD the premises herein granted unto the party of the second
pan, the heirs or successors and assigns of the party, of the second pan forever.
AND the party of the first part covenants that the party of the first part has not done or suffered
anything whereby the said p~mises have been encumbered in any way whatever, except ns
aforesaid.
AND the party of Ihe firs! part, in compliance with Section 13 of the Lien Law, covenants that
the party of the first part will receive the considc~-,tion for this conveyance and will hold thc right
to receive such consideration ns a trust fund to be applied first for the purpose of paying the cost
of the improvement and will apply the same first to the payment of the cost of the improvemem
before using any pm of the total of the same for any other purpose.
