ALL that certain plot, piece or parcel of land, with the buildings and improvements thereon erected, situate,

and State of New York, bounded and described as follows:
EEGINNING at a point at the easterly side of Naugles Drive distant 1045.5' more or
less from the corner formed by the intersection of the northerly side of Anchor
Avenue and the easterly side of Naugles Drive; rum -ting thence in a general norther-
ly direction and along said easterly line of said Naugles Drive, North 16 degrees
14' 10"W, a distance of 50.10 feet to a concrete monument set at the south-
westerly corner of -land now or formerly owned by James William McKenna; thence
running in a general easterly direction and along the southerly line of said
lands of James William McKenna, N. 70 degrees 31' 20' E., a distance of 490 feet,
more or less, to the ordinary high water mark of Mattituck Creek, said line
passing through a concrete monument near said Creek; theme nnning in a general
southerly direction along said ordinary high water mark of Mattituck Creek, a
distance of 51.52', more or less, to the northerly line of the lands now or
formerly of Vialett; running thence in a general westerly direction and along the
northerline of said lands now or fomerly of Vialett and on a line parallel to
the northerly boundary line of the practises herein described and 50', more or
less, to the point of BEGINNING, said line passing through a concrete monunent
near said Mattituck Creek.
SAID PREMISES formerly known as 1945 Naugles Drive, Mattituck, New York,now
known as 1835 Naugles Drive, Mattituck, New York.
BEING the same premises conveyed to HARRY A. EACH by deed dated August 12, 1950,
and recorded in tate Suffolk County Clerk's Office on August 28, 1950 in Liber
3118 Page 311.

BEGINNING at a point on the easterly side of Naugles Drive as said
Naugles Drive turns distant 1064.42 feet north of the comer formed
by the intersection of the northerly side of Old Mill Road and the .
easterly side of Naugles Drive, said point of beginning also being at
said easterly side of Naugles Drive as same is intersected by the north-
erly line of land now or formerly of Zurawski (formerly Vialett); ru nin
thence north along said easterly side of Naugles Drive North 16 degrees
14' 10" West, 50.08 feet to a point; running thence south 5 degrees
3' 50" West and along the ordinary high water mark of Mattituck Creek
a tie line distance of 54.97 feet to a point; running thence south
70 degrees 31' 20" west along the land nor or formerly of 7urawski,
495 feet to the easterly side of Naugles Drive, at the point or place of
BEGINNING.
SAID PREMISES being part of land conveyed by Stanley I. Naugles to Harry
