Please be advised that the remedial work, which you requested as part of your Pre -CO
inspection, will have been completed by today.
As you recall, there is also pending a building permit application for the structural work
done on the garage/shed located in front of the house. Hopefully, you can inspect that work at
the same time and then issue all certificates of occupancy at one time.
I would greatly appreciate any effort on your behalf to expedite this matter.

Dear Mr. Fish:
I have enclosed the letter from Joseph Fischetti, P.E., certifying that the building listed as
a frame cottage and the building listed as a frame shed/garage on the survey made by Stanley
J. Isaksen, Jr. dated March 22, 2007 are structurally sound.
As a result, please issue a Pre -Existing CO for a single-family dwelling with attached
garage and wood deck, frame shed/garage, frame shed in the middle of the back yard (the other
frame shed located on the southerly property line will be demolished) and the frame building
located near the top of the bluff.

Dear Sir,
I have inspected the inspected the frame structure in the front yard which is noted as a
"garage" on the survey and the Frame Cottage in the rear yard recently. The "garage' structure
has been repaired with new footings for main supports and additional structural repairs to
some main members and bracing. I certify that repairs have made the structure sound for use
as a storage structure. Also I certify that the Rear Cottage while in disrepair and having some
floors out of level is in structurallfi sound condition at this time.
