TOGETHER with a ten (10) foot easement along the northerly boundary of Lot #9
as shown on a certain map entitled "Map of Greenbriar Acres" which map was filed
in the Office of the Clerk of the County of Suffolk on October 7, 1977, as and
by Map No. 6609, said easement being for the purpose of installation and maintenance
of underground utility lines for electric, gas, cablevision and telephone
services.
BEING AND INTENDED TO BE the same premises conveyed by the party of the first
part by deed dated 10/18/85 recorded 10/23/85 in Liber 9899 Page 553.
