BEGINNING at the northwesterly corner of the premises herein
described and at the northeasterly corner of land now or formerly of
C. H. Schimpf, said point of beginning being on the southerly line of
a Right of Nay leading southerly and westerly from Sound Avenue and
which right of way at this point is 25 feet wide (and which right of

to the point or place of BEGINNING.
TOGETHER with an easement for ingress and egress and utilities

Sound Avenue, the southerly and easterly lines of which right of way
have been hereinbefore described.
TOGETHER with an easement for ingress and egress over a right of
way 10 feet wide, the easterly line of which right of way is described
as follows: BEGINNING at the intersection of the northerly line of
Laurel Lake with the westerly line of the premises first herein
described and running thence North 27 degrees 24 minutes 50 seconds
East along the westerly line of said premises first herein described,
200 feet, more or less.
SUBJECT to a right of way 10 feet in width along the westerly
side of the above-described premises as a means of ingress to and
