WITNESSETH,that the party of the first part,to whom letters
testamentary were issued by the Surrogate's Court, Suffolk County, New York
on and by virtue of the power and authority given in and by said last will
and testament, and/or by Article 11 of the Estates, Powers and Trusts Law, and igxXWj*KpdMXk
to confirm distribution of the premises to party of the second part
as of October 1, 1983, pursuant to said decedent's Will, *Amax

On the North by County Road 48, formerly known as Hamilton Avenue;

formerly of Minnie K. Hazard, and on the West by land now or formerly
of James Madison Reeve and Mary D. Reeve his wife.
