BEGINNING at a point on the southerly side of Glenwood Road (formerly
known as Stoutenburgh Road) at the northeast corner of lands now or
formerly of Stoutenburgh (being lot No. 3 on said map); RUNNING THENCE
north 570 37' 00" east along the southerly side of Glenwood Road a
distance of 119 feet to the northwest corner of lot No. 6 on said map
RUNNING THENCE south 320 10' 50" east along the westerly line of said
lot No 6 a distance of 223.77 feet; RUNNING THENCE westerly along land
now or formerly of Hawxhurst Estate a distance of 119.06 feet; RUNNING
THENCE along said land now or formerly of Stoutenburgh north 320 13'
40" west a distance of 216.05 feet to the point or place of BEGINNING.
TOGETHER with a right of way over said Glenwood Road as the same is
described in the hereinafter mentioned deeds. TOGETHER with a right of
way over Fleetwood Road and East Road to the Beach at East Creek as the
same is described in the hereinafter mentioned deeds. TOGETHER with
the right and privilege of using for bathing purposes that part of the
Beach at East Creek which lies easterly of a point marked by a cedar
bush now or formerly growing -on said Beach as the same is described in
the hereinafter mentioned deeds. The aforementioned deeds are as
follows: Deed dated May 19, 1928, made by Ravatone Realty Corporation
to Caroline Fleischhauer, and recorded in .the Office of the Clerk of
Suffolk County in Liber 1350 of Deeds, page 193, on May 23, 1928; and
deed dated July 6, 19549 made by Minnie Pralle, individually and as
executrix under the Last Will and Testament of William H. Pralle to
Caroline Fleischhauer and recorded in the Office of the Clerk of
Suffolk County in Liber 3722 of Deeds, page 364.
The grantors herein are the same parties as the grantees in a certain deed
dated May 6, 1969, and recorded in the Suffolk County Clerk's Office
on May 209 1969i in Liber 6551 at Page 5769 the premises herein being and
intended to be the same premises as conveyed by such deed.
