SAID PREMISES, according to survey of Otto W. Van Tuyl & Son dated October 19, 1961,
being more particularly bounded and described as follows:
BEGINNING ata point on the easterly line of Vanston Road at the northwesterly
corner of the premises herein described and the southwesterly corner of land of
D. A. Posner; running thence North 76 degrees 53 minutes 30 seconds East a
distance of 230.0 feet; running thence South 24 degrees 36 minutes 30 seconds East
a distance of 72.0 feet; running thence South 66 degrees 23 minutes 30 seconds
West a distance of 227.0 feet; running thence in a northwesterly direction along
the easterly line of Vanston Road a distance of 114 feet, more or less to the
point or place of beginning (which point is North 28 degrees 43 minutes 50 seconds
West a distance of 113.91. feet from the last mentioned point.
