BOUNDARY LINE AGREEMENT
AGREEMENT made this aJ uary, 1988, between ALLBOBRIK
REALTY CORP. , a domestic corporation with an office at (no
number) Main Road, Mattituck, New York 11952, hereinafter
referred to as "Allbobrik" ; and JOSEPH HARDY and BETTY A.
w ' HARDY, residing at 132 Fishcove Road, Southampton, New York
11968, hereinafter referred to as "Hardy" .

WHEREAS, Allbobrik is the owner in fee simple of a parcel

of land, with the buildings thereon erected, shown as land of
/000 Allbobrik Realty Corp. on annexed "Survey for Allbobrik Realty
Corp. , prepared by Young & -Young, and dated August 20, 1987" ;
and Hardy is the owner in fee simple_.of the adjoining premises
Q0 to the east indicated on said (annexed survey as "now or for-
�� merly of Charles & Jean T. Zahra, formerly N. Kouros" ; and
WHEREAS, the parties hereto desire to fix and definitely

establish the boundary line between the two parcels mentioned
LOT above respectively owned by them;
OO oo NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the premises and of
the sum of one dollar by each of the parties hereto to the
other in hand paid, the receipt of which is acknowledged, the
parties, for themselves, their heirs, successors and assigns,
covenant and agree as follows:
1. That the boundary line between the two parcels is the
boundary line shown on the annexed survey and described as
follows:
COMMENCING at a monument set in the southerly
line of Main Road (S.R. 25) which said monument
marks the northeast corner of land of Allbobrik
and the northwest corner of land of Hardy, and
running South 03 degrees 47 minutes 00 seconds
East, 214.82 feet to land now or formerly of
Raymond F. Nine and a point.
