Madethe 30th day of October Nineteen Hundred and Fifty
BETWEEN HENRY TASKER, residing at 603 First Street,
Greenport, Suffolk County, New York,
party of the first part, and
ANNIE ELIZABETH YEATON, residing at 128-76th
Street, North Bergen, New.Jersey,
party of the second part,
WITNESSETH that the party of the first part, in consideration

($10,00) lawful money of the United States, and other good and
valuable consideration paid by the party of the second part,
does hereby grant and release unto the party of the second part -
her heirs and assigns forever, all that certain tract, piece or
parcel of land, including land under water, situate, lying and
being at Sandy Beach, in the Village of Greenport, Town of
Southold, County of Suffolk and State of New York, bounded and
described as followsi-
BEGINNING at a point on the Northerly line of a certain right
of way which point is the Northwesterly corner of other lands of
the party of the second part; running thence Northerly in the
projection Northerly of the Westerly line of other lands of the
party of the second part one hundred (100) feet; thence Easterly
and at right angles to the last mentioned line forty-one (41) feet
thence Southerly along the projection Northerly of the Easterly
line of other lands of the party of the second part one hundred
(100) feet to the Northerly line of the aforesaid right of way;
thence Westerly along the Northerly line of said right of way
forty-one (41) feet to the point or place of beginning.
The aforesaid parcel of land, hereinabove described, and
herein conveyed, is hereby divided into three (3) parallel strips,
said strips being respectively twenty (20) feet in width, from
North to South, fifty (50) feet in width, from North to South, and
thirty (30) feet in width, from North to South, the aforesaid

cf-,aay, the fifty (W) foot strip being 1^mediately adjacent to
and lying to ti-e Forth of the t:,enty (20) foot strip, and said
thirty (30) foot strip being immediately adjacent to and lying to
the north of said fifty (=0) foot strip, said strips being herein-
after tesipnated re=recti-lely as stripe 1, 2 and 3: and which are
coo--Gyed e.`^ject to
Strip 1, adjacent to the aforesaid right-o£-v:ey, is con-'eyed
subject to a street dedication to the ^illare of Greenport dated
':'.ay 27th, 1940 and recorded in Suffolk County Clerk's office in
Liber 2430 of Deeds at Page 328 on the 22nd day of guns, 1945.
No right-of-nay over the aforesaid twenty (20) foot strip is
reserved or intended to be -,=served to the party of the first cart
his predecessor in title or his heirs cr assigns, over said
twenty (2C) foot strip, unless and until the grantee herein, or he
successors in interest, shall add said trenty (20) foot strip or
a portion thereof to the aforesaid thirty (30) foot right-of-way,
in which event the party of the first part, his tredeces=_er in
title or his heirs or a..signs shall have a right-of--way over as
much thereof as shall be added to the existing richt-of-way.
Strip 2, being fifty (90) feet in sidth, is conveyed to be
used for r+harfa-e purposes, and/or for the mooring of small boats,
and may be partly or rholly filled in as the party of the second
part may elect.
Strip 3, being thirty (30) feet in width an_ adjacent to stri
2 above described is conveyed to be used as open water, and not
otherwise by the party of the second part, her successors and
assigns, except that the same ;nay be used for the mooring of small
boats by the party of.the second part, her heirs or assigns, the
said party of the second part, her heirs and assigns, being given
the right to dredge all or any part thereof at any time.
TOGETHER e:ith the right to use in common with others, the
lands under the waters of Sterling Creek or Basin or the arm
thereof adjacent to the premises hereinabove described, which
