described as follows, vis:- Northerly by land formerly of George H.
Cleaves, deceased, one hundred and fifty (150) feet; easterly by First
Street, fifty-two (52) feet; southerly by land of James D. Reil, one
hundred and fifty (150) feet and westerly by land formerly of Cortland
A. Corwin and land formarly of the Estatc of John Ylipp, deceased,
fifty-two (52) feet.
Being and intended to be the same premises conveyed by Harry H.
Nilsen to Charlotte M. Nilsen, by deed dated June lst 1910, recorded
in Suffolk County Clerks office in Liber 725 of deeds page 291 on the
5th day of July 1910, of which the said Charlotte M. Nilsen, died
seized and possessed.
