WITNESSETH, that the grantor, the referee appointed in an action in partition botween Theodore J. Drach, plaintiff and Magdalena Catherine Tappert, George B. Drach, Albert A. Miller, Frank Miller, Marion E. Miller Peterson, Emma A. Drach, Reinhold y J. Tappert, Benjamin M. Drach, Pauline A. Steele, Gordon C. Skew, George J. Skew, Helen Skew Shindle, Julia Rackey, George Eythe, Esther Fahey, Evelyn Gallusser, Olga Muller Fitzgerald, George Holtz and Katherine Schwenk and The People of the State of New _ York, defendants, in pursuance of an interlocutory judgment of partition and sale, granted herein at a Special Term of the Supreme Court, held in and for the County of Suffolk on the 3rd day of July 1951 and entered in the office of the Clerk of Suffolk County on the 5th day of July 1951 and in consideration of the sum of Three thousand five hundred fifty and 00/100ths ($,3550) Dollars 1 paid by the grantees, being the highest sum bid at the sale corder said judgment, does hereby grant and convey unto the grantees: ALL that certain plot, piece or parcel of land lying on the southerly side of South Street, in the village of Greenport, Town of Southold, County of �. Suffolk and State of New York and more particularly bounded and described as follows: Northerly by South Street, easterly by land formerly of William J. Sherwood, southerly by land formerly owned or occupied by J. Henry 1' Beach and westerly by land of the St. Peter's Evangelical Lutheran Church of Greenport, New York. Said plot being X Lw3328 ma g7 eighty (80) feet in front.on South Street and one hundred (100) feet in depth, be the dimensions more or less.
