of land, situate in the village of Greenport, town of "Southold, County
of Suffolk and State of New York, bounded and described as follows:-
BEGINNING at an iron pipe on the easterly line of a certain right of
way; said easterly line beginning at a point on the southerly line of
Ali Front Street, two hundred seventeen (217) feet more or less, westerly
along said southerly line from Main Street at the northwesterly corner
of land of Barth, and running thence S. 6 deg. 49, 10" E, one hundred I

thirty-two and fifty-six hundredths (132.56) feet to the point of
beginning of the premises, from said point of beginning, running along
said easterly line of said right of way, being also along land of Otto
Hulse, S. 6 deg. 49' 10" E. thirty-five (35) feet more or less, to the
ordinary high water mark of Greenport Harbor, as found in 1928; thence
III westerly along said high water mark as found in 1928, twenty-six (26)
feet more or less, to land formerly of Rogers and Olsen, (now Mitchell);

iron pipe, said-pipe being one hundred thirty-three and eighteen hun-
dredths (133.18) -feet southerly along the westerly line of land of

TOGETHER with all the right, title and interest, if any, of the
