and State of New York, bounded and described as follows:
Northerly by land belonging partly to Samuel White and partly
formerly to Lillian C. Townsend; Easterly by land formerly of Edmund A
Potter; Southerly by Bay Avenue and Westerly by land formerly of John

Ge ehreng. Said lot being and intended to be the same as described and
designated on the Map of the Beebe Estate as Lot No. Fifty-six and be-
ing thirty-three feet in width front and rear, and one .hundred and
thirty-two feet in depth.
Being and intended to be the same premises conveyed to Michael B.
Gegen and the party of the first part by L. Haywood Cook and another
by deed dated June 10, 1922 and recorded in the Suffolk County Clerk's
office on June 12, 1922 in Liber 1046 of Deeds at page 269, and of
which said Michael B. Gagen died seized.
