BETWEEN ROSELIA RAY40R, residing at Greenport, Suffolk County,
New York,
pan y of the first part,and
GRACE 'TILLINGHAST, residing at Eastport, Suffolk County, New York,
put y of the second part,
WITNESSETH,that the party of the first part,in coasideration of
ONE and 00/100 Dollem,
lawful money of the United States,
paid by the part y of the second pan done hereby remise,Masan and gaitelum unto the part y of the wood
P.M her heirs and assigns forever,
ALL that lot or parcel of land with the buildings and.improvements
thereon, in the Village of Greenport, Town of Southold, County of Suffolk
and State of New York, and bounded and described as follows: Beginning
at a point on the southerly side of Sterling Street at the northwesterly
corner of land formerly of William H. Conklin, Deceased; running thence
southerly along said land formerly of Conklin ten (10) rods to land
formerly of G.C. Adams; thence westerly along said Adams' land thirty-
nine and one-half (391-1) feet to land formerly of George Davis; thence
northerly along said last mentioned land to Sterling Street at a point
which will leave the plot hereby conveyed forty (40') feet wide in front
measured on a line at right angles to its easterly boundary line; thence
easterly to the point or place of oeginning.
Being and intended to be the some premises conveyed to Clarissa
Fletcher and 'William Tillinghast by Willism Tillinghast by deed dated
the 30th day of November, 1970 and recorded in the Suffolk County Clerk's
office in Liber 3160 of Deeds at page 341, and being the same premises
of which said William 'Tillinghast died seized in part.
