northwesterly corner of land formerly of William H. Conklin, Deceased;
running thence southerly along said land formerly of Conklin ten (10)
rods to land formerly of G.C. Adams; thence westerly along said Adams'
land thirty-nine and one-half (39$') feet to land formerly of George
Davis; thence northerly along said last mentioned land to Sterling Street
at a point which will leave the plot hereby conveyed forty (40' ) feet
