ALL that lot or parcel of land with the buildings and improvements
thereon, in the Village of Greenport, Town of Southold, County of Suffol
and State of New York, and bounded and described as follows: Beginning
a point on the southerly side. of Sterling Street at the northwesterly
corner of land formerly of William H. Conklin, Deceased; running thence
southerly along said land formerly of Conklin ten (10) rods to land
formerly of G.C. Adams; thence westerly along said Adams' land thirty-
nine and one-half (39a') feet to land formerly of George Davis; thence
northerly along said last mentioned land to Starling Street at a point
' which will leave the plot hereby conveyed forty (401) feet wide in front

Being and intended to be the same premises conveyed to Clarissa
Fleteher and William Tillinghast by William Tillinghast by deed dated
the 30th day of November, 1950 and recorded in the Suffolk County Clerk's
office in Liber 3160 of Deeds at page 341, and being the same premises
of which said William Tillinghast died seized in part.
