Y. Inc., as established and located by Otto W. Van Tuyl, Civil Engineer and Surveyor, and shown on a mao made by the said Otto W. Van Tuyl for said Sandy Beach Association of Greenport, N. Y. Inc., dated September 17th, 1932; running thence along the Northerly boundary line of lands of . Stewart and Others, which said northerly boundary line is likewise the northerly line of a certain right-of-way, South sixty-eight (68) degrees, fifty-three (53) minutes, twenty (20) seconds East 3134 me 550 five hundred eighty-one and ninety-six hundredths (581.96) feet more or less to a point, which point is the northeasterly corner �I.. of land conveyed to John Q. Adams by the aforesaid Sandy Beach Association of Greenport N.Y. Inc.; running thence Northerly and at right angles to the last mentioned course, one hundred (100) feet to a point; thence running Horth sixty-eight (68) degrees, fifty-three (53) minutes, twenty (20) seconds 'best, and parallel to the northerly line of the aforesaid right-o£-way, and at a'_1 points one hundred (100) feet distant northerly therefrom five ''. hundred eighty-ane and ninety-six hundredths (581.96) feet more or less to a point intersecting the extension northerly of the aforesaid easterly line of other lands of Herbert Fordham, one of the parties of the first part; thence running Southerly along the JI aforesaid extended easterly line of other lands of Herbert Fordham to the point and place of beginning.
