ments thereon, situate, lying and being in the Village of Greenport, Tow
of Southold, County of Suffolk and State of New York, bounded Northerly
by land now or formerly of Martin fisted, Fifty feet (50) ; easterly by
land of Joseph Shipman; formerly of !&falter E. Mills, fifty feet (50) ;
southerly by Flint Street; westerly by land now or formerly of ?Martin
Olstad fifty feet (50) ; being and intended to be all of the right title
and interest of the party of the first part of, in and to the rremises
conveyed by dilliam G. Robinson and Elizabeth Robinson, his wife, to
Henry E. Thornhill, now deceased, by deed dated the 18th day of June,
1917, recorded in the Suffolk County Clerk's Office on the 20th day of
June, 1917 in Liber 954 of deeds at page 246.
