ALL those certain pieces, parcels or tracts of land, together with
the buildings and improvements thereon, situate, lying and being in the
Village of Greenport, Town of Southold, County of Suffolk and State of
New York, bounded and described as follows:
PARCEL I.
BEGINNING at a point on the easterly side of Carpenter Street, at the
intersection of said easterly side of Carpenter Street and the northerly
side of Ludlum +'lace, being the southwest corner of the premises about
to be described; running thence in a generally northerly direction
along the easterly side of Carpenter Street, a distance of Forty-Four
and one-half (44D feet to land of Sherman, formerly of Edward Harris;
running thence in a generally easterly direction along said last men-
tioned lands, a distance of One Hundred Six (106) feet to other lands sof
the party of the first part; running thence in a generally southerly
direction on a line more or less parallel with the easterly side of
Carpenter Street, along said last mentioned lands, to Ludlum Place;
running thence in a generally westerly direction along the northerly
side of said Ludlum Place a distance of One Hundred Six (106) feet to
the point or place of beginning;
TOGETHER with all the right, title and interest, if any, of the party
of the first part of, in and to Carpenter Street and Ludlum Place,. lying
in front of, and adjacent to said premises, to the center lines thereof;
BEING AND INTENDED to be the same premises conveyed to Percy G.
ihthill and nose A. Tuthill (now deceased) by Lille 19. Tichenor and
4Yilliam H. Tichenor by deed dated February 10th, 1900, and recorded in
the Suffolk County Clerk's. Office on February 21st, 1900, in Liber 490
of Deeds, at Page 212.
PARCEL II.
BEGINNING at a point on the northerly side of Ludlum Place a distance
of 106 feet easterly from the corner formed by the northerly side of
Ludlum Place and the easterly side of Carpenter Street, which point is
the southwest corner of the premises about to be described and also the

southeast corner of the above described Parcel I; running thence in a
generally northerly direction along lands described hereinabove as Parcel
I andlands of Sherman, formerly of Edward Harris, and lands late of
Leander Beebe a dist ence of Ninety-Five (95) feet, more or less, to lands
of Peter Miranda, formerly of John Booth; running thence in a generally
easterly direction along said last-mentioned lands, a distance of One
Hundred Eight (108) feet and Eight (8) inches, more or less, to the inter
section of lands of Leila Booth, Leonard Cook and Benjamin Gaffga;
running thence in a southerly direction along lands now or formerly of
Tichenor, a distance of about Ninety-Seven (97) feet to the northerly
side of Ludlum Place; running thence in a westerly direction along the
northerly side of Ludlum Place, a distance of One Hundred Eight (108)
feet and Eight (8) inches, more or less, to the point or place of be-
ginning;
