Van Tuyl, dated November 29th, 1927, and filed in the office of the Clerk of Suffolk County, New York, which lot is bounded on the north by Lot Number one hundred nine (109); on the east by land formerly of Nathan Kaplan; on the south by lot number one hundred eleven, now owned by the parties of the first part, on the west by Sixth Avenue. And it is understood and agreed by the parties of the second part that certain streets shown on the above said Subdivision Map and known as Oak Street, Maple Street, West Street and Seventh Avenue and running to the property of the Union School`District No. 10 on the westerly side of the said Subdivision Map have been closed at the function with the said Union School District No. 10 property and that they are Dead End Streets. i I i
