Loper by deed dated March 30 1903 and recorded in the Suffolk County Clerk's Office on April 9, 1903 In Liber 537 of deeds at page 270 and of which said Arthur C. Loper thereafter died seized on October 22, 1949 and by his Will, pro- bated in Suffolk County Surrogate's Office on October 28 1949, devised to his'wife, Angie.W. Loper who thereafter on April 18,-1954 died seized ' thereof, and by the Fifth paragraph of her Will devised to her two sisters Elizabeth J. Woodhull and Minnie C, Corwin, said Minnie C. Corwin having predeceased said Angie W. ,Loper leaving hersurviving as her only descend-1 her 'children, Leone W. Corwin, Muriel C. Brown, Florence M. Nicholson and_Cornelia Corwin.
