three. Said lot being bounded and described as follows, viz:-

lots numbers Ninety-five (95) and Ninety-six (96); Southerly by Lot
Number One Hundred and Forty-two (142) and Westerly by Sixth Street.
Said lot being Fifty (50) feet in width front and rear and One hundred
and Sixty-five (165) feet in depth.
