Davis, deceased; easterly by lands formerly of Nathan Kaplan, southerly
by West Avenue; westerly by lands of Corrazzini, formerly of Charles W.
Hartley.
The premises above described being fifty (50) feet in width front and rear
noMPAREZ and one hundred and fifty (150) feet in depth, be the same more or less.
Being and intended to be the same premises conveyed by Charles H.
Coen, widower, to Daisy Rowland by deed dated August 16th, 1923 and
recorded in Liber 1078 of deeds, page 79, and by Heed June 28, 1945
and recorded in Liber 2533 of deeds at page 62.
Subject to a mortgage originally in the amount of$1500, held by the
North Fork Bank and Trust Company and recorded in Liber 2352 of
