situate at Greenport, Town of Southold, County of Suffolk and State of
New York, which map is made by Otto W. Van Tuyl, dated November 29th
1927, and filed in the office of the Clerk of Suffolk County, New
York, which lot is bounded on the north by Lot Numbbr gne hundred
nine (109) ; on the east by land formerly of Nathan Kaplan; on the south
by lot number one hundred eleven, now owned by the party of the second
part; on the west by Sixth Avenue.
And it is understood and agreed by the party of the second part
that certain streets shown on the above said Subdivision Map and known
as Oak Street, Maple Street, West Street and Seventh Avenue and run-
