WITNESSETH, that the party of the first part,by virtue of the power and authority to them
given in and by said last will and testament,and in consideration of

ALL that certain plot, piece or parcel of land, with the buildings
and improvements thereon erected, situate, lying and being in the
Village of Greenport, Town of Southold, in theCountyof Suffolk and
" :.State of New York, being part of Lot Number 52, known and designated
on a certain Map entitled "Commissioners Sale, Wigsins Estate at
Greenport, L.I., Nathaniel_Corwin and others, Commissioners in
Partition, June 1, 1853", the promisee being bounded and described as
follows;- -
BEGINNING at the Southwest corner thereof on Fourth Street ad-
joining the Northwest corner of the promises formerly of John J.
Bartlett, and running thence Northerly by said Fourth Street One
hundred fifteen (115) feet, more or loss, to land formerly of Phobe
E. Miller, thence Easterly by land last mentioned One Hundred Fifty
(150) feet to the Southeast corner thereof; thence Northerly by land
last mentioned sixty-five (65) feet to land belonging to the Long
Island Railroad Company; thence Easterly by land last mentioned Three
Hundred forty-five (345) feet, more or leas, to the waters of Peconic
Bay• thence Southerly by the waters of said Bay Two Hundred Sixty
(260) foot, more or less, to land formerly of John J. Bartlett; and
thence westerly by land last mentioned Four Hundred twenty-five (425)
feet, more or less, to Fourth Street at the point or place of boginninp.
.TOGETHER with all the right, title,and interest of the party of
the first part in and to land under water opposite to and in front
of any,of,the prevtiSee above described, with,the appurtenances,
TOGETHER with all the right, title and interest,of the party of
the first part of, in and to Fourth Street lying adjacent to said
premises.,
Bering and intended to be the same promises heretofore conveyed
to Charles W. Elmer by Robert B. Clark and Roger P. Clark, Jr., by
deed dated the 19th day of August, 1949,and recordedip the Office of
the. Clerk of the County of Suffolk in Liber 298.7 of doede,at page 36
on the 31st,day of August, 1949.
