the first part by the Long Island State Bank and Trust Co., as Trustee
for Libbie G. Warnecke under the Last Will and Testament of Henry D.
Burton, deceased, and recorded in the Suffolk County Clerk's office in
Liber 1945 of Deeds at page 343, on September 20, 1937.
