(165) feet deep, be the said dimensions more or less.
BEING AND. INTENDED TO BE the same premises conveyed to the party of
the first part by Ansel V. Young by deed dated May 1, 1952 and recorded 1
the office of the Clerk of Suffolk County, simultaneously herewith.
