and assigns forever, all that lot or parcel of land, situate
lying and being it the Village of Greenport, Town of Southold, County of Suffolk and

Beginning at a poirt on the southerly line of Manor Place at
the intersection of the westerly line of the proposed extension of Sterling Place,
distant approximately one hundred fifty (150') east from the property line of the
Episcopalian Parish and mining thence in a westerly direction alone the southerly
line of Manor Place, a distance of one hundred fifty (150') feet, more or less;
thence southerly ninety-nine and eighty-nine hundredths (99.891) feet, more or less;
thence easterly thirty-five (35') feet; thence southerly fifty (50') feet, more or
lees; thence easterly one hundred ten (110') feet, more or leas; thence northerly
one hundr=d sixteen and twenty-five hundredths (116.25') feet, more or less, to the
place of begiming.
TOGETHER 6ITH all the right, title and interest which the
party of the first part may have in the property behind the Presbyterian Parsonage,
;'. and any right, title and interest in the abandonment of Sterling Place Extension
by the Village of Greenport and the Creek bottom adjacent thereto, and all the
right, title end interest of the party of the first Fart in and to any land lying
in the bed of any street, road or avenue opened or proposed, in front of or ad-
joining said premises to the canter line thereof.
Being and intended to be the same premises conveyed to the
party of the first part by Holy Trinity Protestant Episcopalian Church by a dead
dated April 11, 1945 and recorded April 14, 1945 in the office of the Clerk of the
County of Suffolk in Liber 2434 of deeds at Page 421.
