part y of the second part, his heirs and assigns forever,all
that certain plot, piece or parcel of land with the buildings and
j and improvements thereon, situate, lying and being in the Village
of Greenport, Town of Southold, County of Suffolk and State of New
York, bounded and described as follows:-
Northerly by South Street, easterly by Third Street (sometimes known
as Railroad Avenue), southerly by land formerly of Morris Brown, and
westerly by the fence separating the premises hereby conveyed from
land of Henry Bunce, formerly of IS Witt C. Bunce.
Said premises being forty-two (42) feet in width from north to
south and extending from Railroad Avenue in a westerly direction to
land of Henry Bunce, formerly of De Witt C. Bunce.
BEING AND INTENDED TO BE the same premises conveyed by Morris Bro
and Esther Brown, his wife, to Frederick H. Klein and Hannah M. Klein,
his wife, by Deed dated March 19th 1928, recorded in the Suffolk County
Clerk's Office on March 26th 1928 in Liber 1338 of Deeds at Page 237,
the said Frederick H. Klein having died a resident of Suffolk County
on September 20th 1946.
