Fifth Street, running thence easterly along said last mentioned land
one hundred and sixty-five (165) feet to land of Lester & Toner, Inc.,
thence southerly along said land of Lester & Toner, Inc, fifty (50)
feet to other land formerly owned by George N. Flack and Charlotte B.
Flack, his wife; thence westerly along said other land formerly of
George W. Flack and Charlotte B. Flack, his wife, one hundred sixty-
