BEGINNING at a point on the boundary linebetweenland of the Darty
of the first part and land of Robert Parrish, 106 feet, more or less,
northerly along said boundary line from Center Street, being the north-
westerly corner of land of the party of the first part and the south-
westerly corner of land of Hubbard; and running easterly along said land
of Hubbard, 10 feet, more or less, to land of the party of the second
part; thence southerly along said land of the party of the second part,
50 feet, more or less, to said land of the party of the first part;
thence westerly along said land of the party of the first. part, 10 feet,
more or less, to said land of Parrish; thence northerly along said land
of Parrish, 50 feet, more or less, to the point of beginning.
