of the Clerk of the County of Suffolk.
BEING AND INTENDED TO BE the same premises conveyed by William
Habermann and Mary Habermann, his wife, to Mary Ann Mullen by Deed
dated January 6th 1922 and recorded in the Suffolk County Clerk's Office
on January 10th 1922 in Liber 1037 of Deeds at Page 26.
